This year I returned to the Book Fair in Gothenburg, this time with a press pass, and came away with a reasonable amount of new work on my to-do list. I went straight from there into discussions about Almedalen and realised how similar the two events are. It is the same kind of crowd, and the same game plan works: stay open to where the connections you make might take you.
